FairWind has appointed Alexandra Hof as the Regional Head of Service for Northern Central Europe (NCE), a new role aimed at strengthening market development in the region. Hof will oversee service operations in several key countries, focusing on improving service quality and driving local business growth.
With over 18 years of experience in product management and operations within the renewable energy sector, Hof brings valuable expertise to her new position. Prior to joining FairWind, she served as a senior product management leader for offshore wind services at GE Vernova. In that role, she directed a cross-functional team dedicated to strategic planning and technological advancements in offshore wind operations across Europe.
At FairWind, Hof’s responsibilities will include managing the financial performance of the NCE service unit, as well as overseeing the entire project portfolio, which involves service and maintenance activities. She will track performance against strategic indicators to ensure operational success.
Hof holds an Executive MBA from Mannheim Business School in Germany. FairWind, headquartered in Vejle, Denmark, employs over 1,700 technicians and operates in more than 40 countries, providing comprehensive wind turbine services throughout all phases of a project’s lifecycle. This leadership move aligns with FairWind’s commitment to enhancing its service capabilities in the growing wind energy market.
