FairWind, a wind industry service provider, has appointed Alexandra Hof as the Regional Head of Service for Northern Central Europe (NCE). This new position aims to strengthen the company’s focus on expanding its market presence in the region. Hof will oversee service operations across key areas, prioritizing operational quality, customer satisfaction, and business growth.
Hof brings 18 years of experience in product management, operations, and strategic leadership within the renewable energy and power generation sectors. Previously, she served as a senior product management leader for Offshore Wind Services at GE Vernova, where she honed her skills in managing complex service projects. At FairWind, she will be responsible for the financial performance of the NCE service unit and will manage the entire portfolio of service and maintenance endeavors.
In her new role, Hof aims to ensure that all service projects are executed with high standards and are delivered on time.
